Freeform Writing

  • In Person 3500 West Adams Boulevard Los Angeles, CA, 90018 United States (map)

Come together for this beautiful process of clearing the consciousness. Whether it’s your first time or you’re already very familiar with it, we welcome you. A wonderful sense of lightness, inner-freedom, and openness to inspiration are some of the possible benefits to be experienced. Afterwards, you are invited to stay for tea, cookies, and socializing.

Free-form writing is a simple technique to help clear the subconscious and unconscious levels. If you ever find yourself thinking, feeling, and doing things that you cannot explain or experiencing illness or pain with an unknown cause, this technique may assist you.

"Free-form writing is like taking an onion and cutting a wedge through to the center. Then you leave a space, and cut another wedge, and so on. If you leave the onion exposed to the air after cutting several wedges and do no more, the sections of onion that were between the wedges will dry up and peel away. And after a time there will be just a tiny seed left. In the same way, by releasing some disturbances through free-form writing, others still inside of you will fall away." - John-Roger
