One Day Urban Retreat

Our hugely popular Rest, Relax, Reset, Recharge, One Day Urban Retreats are now being held at our beautiful quiet and private Craftsman building. The purpose of the retreat is for you to completely relax, let go of worldly concerns, and connect more deeply with who you truly are and with what breathes and sustains you.

The retreat has a maximum of six participants and includes sound baths, meditation, tai chi and qi gong, forgiveness, gratitude, journaling, and the Way of Tea. No prior knowledge of any of this is assumed and you will be personally guided through the day by Paul Kaye (www.paulkaye.art).

Time: 8:00 AM -5:30 PM PT.

We will assemble between 8:00 am and 8:30 am. Breakfast will be served at 8:00 am and the retreat begins promptly at 9:00 am. The healthy, light breakfast, will be an opportunity to chat and meet with your co-retreaters. The retreat will conclude at 5:30 pm.

Participate In-Person

In-Person Tuition: $175.00 (includes light breakfast and lunch - vegetarian/vegan options available).

Requirements: You will be device free for the day. To assist you to remove distractions, we will put your devices in a locked office for safekeeping. A receptionist will be answering phones from 8 am to 6 pm to receive any emergency calls.

What to bring: Please feel free to bring a yoga mat or anything you need to make yourself comfortable. We will provide journals, and of course you may bring your own.

Parking: Gated parking available inside the property.

We provide a smoke-free, drug and alcohol free environment. No recreational drugs, smoking, or alcohol are permitted on the premises. We also ask that you not wear any heavy scents due to possible allergic reactions from other participants.
