Tea, Breath, Movement, and Presence: Meditations on Being

Please join us for our new twice-weekly meditation series: "Tea, Breath, Movement, and Presence: Meditations on Being". These one-hour sessions are designed to help you pause, slow down, connect with your true self, and find peace and contentment in the present moment.

During the session, we will begin with a warm cup of tea and a brief introduction, followed by a series of gentle movements to help us relax and prepare for meditation. We will then practice different breathing techniques to help calm our minds and connect with our bodies. Finally, we will engage in a guided meditation to help us explore different aspects of being and presence.

Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, these weekly sessions offer a welcoming and supportive environment to deepen your practice and connect with a loving community.

We look forward to sharing this time with you and exploring the richness of Being and Presence together.
